REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. OUR COMMITMENT
At AUM108™, we strive to provide high-quality products and transformative experiences. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our various offerings. Please read the section relevant to your purchase carefully. All refund and cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@aum108.com.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (PranAura™, ZenFlow™, Books)
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns for physical products within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, please email us with your order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange for a return and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Online Training Courses)
Due to the immediate access provided to our digital content, we offer a refund only under the following conditions:
A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
We reserve the right to review your course progress to verify eligibility. Refunds are not provided for digital books once they have been downloaded.
4. SERVICES (Vaastu-Feng Shui, Acmos, Aura/Chakra, Gemstone Consultations)
Cancellation by You:
More than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment: You will receive a full refund.
Less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment: You will be charged 50% of the service fee; the remainder will be refunded.
No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the service fee is non-refundable.
Refunds after Service: Once a consultation or service has been rendered, the fee is non-refundable. You are paying for the practitioner’s time, expertise, and the service performed, not for a guaranteed outcome.
5. OUTDOOR TREKKING ACTIVITIES
Trekking activities require extensive planning and upfront costs. Therefore, a strict cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation by You (Participant):
60 days or more before the trek start date: 90% of the trek cost will be refunded. (10% is a non-refundable processing fee).
Between 30 and 59 days before the trek start date: 50% of the trek cost will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before the trek start date: The trek cost is non-refundable.
Cancellation by AUM108: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a trek (e.g., due to insufficient number of participants), you will be notified, and you will have the option to either receive a full 100% refund or transfer your booking to a future trek of the same value.
Force Majeure: AUM108 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. In such cases, no cash refunds will be provided. We will offer you a credit voucher for the full amount paid, which can be used for any future AUM108 trek or service.
