Jamyang Tsering Namgyal (M.P.) Ladakh
Dr. Bir Singh Yadav and myself have met Ladakh Member of Parliament (M.P), Jamyang Tsering Namgyal to invite him for Psychiatric Conference by ‘Society for Rural Mental Health’ (SRMH), Haryana to be held at Leh, Ladakh from 5th to 7th June 2020 on the theme “Mental Health in Remote Areas”.
Mr. Namgyal was very cordial and has promised to grace his presence for the conference and help uplift mental health of the region which is affected by increased suicidal rates, addictions, depression and stress especially among youth.
I am invited as a guest speaker by the president, SRMH and will deliberate on the topic “MEDITATION: A TOOL FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY.”
Ekta Bhyan, National Gold Medal Winner, Athlete
Met with Ekta Bhyan yesterday at Hisar, Haryana.
We spoke at length regarding: life events, and accomplishing goals with ease and joy.
Ekta is an Asian Para Games Gold Medallist in Club Throw and has qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics in F-51, Club Throw.
She is the only women to be selected to represent India.
A Bollywood movie is being planned inspired by her life story.
She is an inspiration to many.
