This is a group meditation conducted through WhatsApp, which typically happens everyday during sunrise from 6 am- 6:15 am. Once enrolled in the course we will add you to our WhatsApp group and also share material and teach Seed Thought Meditation.
Once added to the group you have to send us your observations on a weekly basis so that we can assess your progress. This is a gradient meditation and needs to be updated once every week and upgraded depending upon person to person.
The seed thoughts are updated once every new moon. Each seed thought is chosen and meditated upon for a week. These Seed Thoughts are selected based on the Zodiacal Energies which are received on Earth for that particular Full Moon.
